  • BLOOD TRANSFUSION
    We maintain healthy canine blood donors at the clinic. Blood is available for transfusion at all times.
     
  • BOARDING
    Overnights, extended stay or just for the day. We understand that pets are special family members and we care for them with this in mind.
      
  • DENTAL CARE
    Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly, before  polishing the teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. 

  • EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE
    Our veterinarians are on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After regular business hours the on call doctor can be paged by calling 936-639-1825

  • ENDOSCOPY
    High-tech fiber optics permit direct visual examination and biopsies of your pet's gastrointestinal system. This allows for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral, esophageal, stomach, colon and even upper intestinal tract disease. Foreign objects can also be removed without the need for surgery.

  • FULLY STOCKED PHARMACY
    We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.
     
  • HOSPICE/EUTHANASIA SERVICES
    Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity.

  • HOUSE CALLS
    House calls and transport to the clinic are available for select cases by prearrangement only.

  • IMMUNIZATION AND WELLNESS CARE
    We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs have rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter package; and specialized blood tests for all age pets.

  • MEDICAL SERVICES
    As general practitoners we provide care in all medical areas,  including: cardiology; ophthalmology; neurology; dermatology; gastroenterology; orthopedic surgery; oncology and endocrinology; among others. We do not have specialists on staff in these areas, however referral to specialists is readily available if needed.

  • MICROCHIPPING
    Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

  • NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
    Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

  • PAIN MANAGEMENT
    Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

  • RADIOLOGY
    Radiology or X-rays help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.

  • SURGERY
    We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include:  fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet;  advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and full blood testing.
      
  • ULTRASOUND
    This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs, primarily the heart and abdominal organs. Pregnancy exams are also available.
